Dear Hinata Hyuga,

You must be in your third year of high school. Are you doing well? I write this to you from 13 years into the future. It must be very strange, receiving a letter from your future-self. However, this is not a joke. I have something very important to tell you. In my past, I have made mistakes. I've done things I have regretted for these 13 years. I intend to fix them and to do this, I need your help. It all started with my first love, Uzumaki Naruto. He has been in Konoha High School ever since freshmen year. He was a boy of few words, only knew what to do with his fists. He was a delinquent. I was a shy, proper girl in high school. I wasn't popular,but I had friends. I never talked much, until that fateful day of the opening ceremony of my third-year. I tell you this, because what I regret the most....was not saving him. Naruto, as I said, was a delinquent. He didn't have friends, and everyone was afraid of him. His parents had died when he was very young, and he lived alone.  I was the one who had opened his eyes to a new life. I too, had suffered like he had. My mother died when I was born, and my father had been very strict with me. I've.... been alone too. We have both have. Even in the future I still feel this way, but not as bad as Naruto. When we met, Naruto and I became friends with many people. We were inseparable, we still are. However, Naruto....is no longer with us in the future. In your present time, 3 years from now, Naruto will die in a car accident. I regret not knowing why he left us so soon. Now I know, 13 years later, it was no accident. He wanted to die. He hated himself, his life. He killed himself, first year of college together. I want you to guide him, and save him from his own despair. I want you to make him truly smile and tell him that it's alright to talk to you about his worries. Please, I beg of you! Please, make him happy, make sure he is never alone. I want him to be with us both in the future. Give him a future! Don't make the same mistakes I did...
